Free priority shipping on all online orders above $35 to be mailed within the United States. Stay at home and be well!
Items might take 4 to 6 business days to prepare for shipment as we hand craft each piece individually. Please feel free to contact us on specific items via email at kim@SugarSandSilver.com. Shipping typically takes 2 - 3 business days to deliver in the United States.
I gladly accept returns under these provisions:
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations.
